Mindfulness is an exercise to help you relax and to become aware of the present moment. It has being proven to be very helpful in assisting you to feel calm and to help you deal with difficulties such as exam stress. A mindfulness exercise can really help you to engage in a reflective process and hep you declutter the mind.

Now keeping in mind the three mindfulness exercises explained carry out the following while playing the video clip below....
  1. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing for one minute
  2. Observe an ordinary object take one minute to observe it for what it is
  3. Close your eyes and count to ten for one minute
